How can I send my cameras to you?
After receiving a preliminary offer from us, pack your items properly and safely, and ship them free of charge to our shop in Tampere, Finland. You can also drop them off in person at our kiosk in Stockholm.
If I want to sell gear, who covers the shipping fees?
Shipping is always on us when you request a quote for your camera gear. Send your items to us free of charge — and if you decide not to accept our offer, we'll pay for the return shipping too.
How do I get paid?
If you agree to accept out final offer for your gear, we will get your
bank details over email, and send you a bank transfer in 2-3 days.

What is a Kamerastore Gift Card?
If you want to “trade-up”, and receive a Kamerastore Gift Card instead of a bank transfer, we can be slightly more generous with our offer. Send us some links to our shop of the gear you want - we will send you our best offer for the gear you trade-in plus the gear you want.
Combining this all together, it will either be an even trade, you will owe us some funds, or we will owe you some funds – in the form of a gift card.
What if I don't accept your offer?
You can request your items back at any time if you decide not to accept our offer. We keep them safe during the inspection, and you can choose to have them returned to you free of charge or pick them up at our Stockholm kiosk.

We consider various factors when determining the value of camera gear, such as the item's condition, rarity, and current market demand.
Popular brands include Leica, Hasselblad, Mamiya, Pentax, Canon, Olympus and Nikon, but we are also interested in unique or rare items that may have value to collectors.
